The journey of integrating such sophisticated technology like MEDITECH Expanse within our healthcare system was ambitious. CereCore’s expertise, commitment, and collaborative approach were pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition and in overcoming the myriad challenges we encountered. I am proud of what we have achieved together and am confident that our efforts will significantly benefit our healthcare system and the communities we serve.

We engaged CereCore to come in and do an evaluation of how we had set up Expanse. We really wanted to know what we had missed, where we had opportunity. They met with us, they met with the clinicians, they met with billing and coding and everyone, and they provided us with kind of a pick list. That was really helpful for a few reasons.

It's really great having a partner who understands our business, understands our EMR, and has probably done more than any other company that we work with to help with work life balance for our hospital IT staff.

Overall, I believe the project has gone exceptionally well. While no migration of this scale is without its challenges, I think the collaboration between both of the teams was strong and I have no complaints. The CereCore team has been both knowledgeable and responsive, leaving us not only satisfied with the outcome but also confident that the new service going forward will be a significant improvement. At this point, I’m very pleased with our decision to move to CereCore and feel we’re in a much better position as a result.

For all the nights that I tossed and turned worried about how we were going to connect 128 different interfaces and make them all work, I do have to give a ton of credit to the project team that CereCore put together for us.

CereCore team members delivered extraordinary work and demonstrated their talent and dedication to our MEDITECH Expanse go-live. This made our high stakes implementation a huge success. I appreciate the CereCore team preparing and challenging us to do the necessary preparation to ensure success. The biggest issue we had with the Expanse Go-Live was running out of free pizza at lunch.
