In this role, Chris will oversee CereCore’s Clinical and IT Help Desk Services with responsibility for the development, delivery, innovation and optimization of these critical services for our health system clients.
Serving the healthcare industry for a decade in multiple roles, Chris most recently directed Service Desk Implementations & Delivery at CareTech Solutions. Chris holds multiple certifications, including EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Orders and Clinical Documentation, ITIL, and Six Sigma.
